Location for this shoot was determined through a poll and is the Dequindre Cut/Eastern Market. As a return shoot to a location that has gone through redevelopment we will have a clean crisp fresh location. We will bring updated images showing the evolving state of these environments. The photo on the flyer for this month was shot last year along the Dequindre Cut. Just as we catalog and document fashion - we also catalog and document the environment. This is "Abandoned In Detroit", a fashion showcase project.

Timeline

This shoot is going to have a free-form schedule based on responses we gather from talent involved. That does not mean showing up mid-afternoon works. We have a lot of locations and looks to go through. You get from this shoot what you put into it. Be aware of what the group is doing. Individual time is possible for one-on-one photos, just check in with the talent coordinator.

9:00am - The following people will gather as indicated:

• Makeup and hair team will meet with the style coordinator, designers, and talent coordinator to turn through the models and have them styled quickly. This takes place at Eastern Market in the parking lot south of Shed 5.
• Photographers will meet with the artistic coordinator to drive the path for the shoot from Eastern Market to Jefferson along the Dequindre Cut to select three locations and nearby vicinity. Locations used in last year's photos will be highest priority. Meeting location is at Shed 5 and tour is at 9:15am until 9:45am.
• Talent Coordinator will be busy checking in talent and bringing them to the stylists and designers. So please assist them in fielding calls for directions from talent.

11:00am - Shooting at first location. This means wardrobe, makeup, hair, and all models are ready and we are shooting. As each model becomes available they will be brought to the location by the talent coordinator or delegate. By 11:30 we should be concentrating on GROUP photos. Any model with a complex second look will be leaving around 12:00 noon.
12:30pm - Active shooting at first location is complete and all talent is going through wardrobe change and move to second location.

1:00pm - Shooting second location.
2:30pm - Active shooting at location is complete, all talent is moving to third location.

3:00pm - Shooting third location.
5:00pm - Shoot is complete. After shoot gathering at Bert's, 2739 Russell in Eastern Market.

What Are These Coordinators Doing?

• Talent coordinator is busy making sure everyone stays on schedule and is where they are to be.
• Style coordinator is making sure makeup, hair, fashion is complete on each model.
• Artistic coordinator is working with photographers to select and create group photos on location, please listen to them so we maximize the effective photos taken. Zoomed in shots on fashion and wide shots of environment group are all needed.
